Drag and drop this to your bookmarks bar: Download Panopto
It will turn into a button you can press on the Panopto site to download recordings. They will open in a new tab and from there you can use Ctrl + S to save.
On Firefox, if you don't have a bookmarks bar you can right click and press "Bookmark Link..." then use it from the three lines menu -> Bookmarks.
